This script only loads more comments at the very END of the comments page...not inside individual comments (if that makes any sense). Also, it only loads more comments when the "load more comments" link is visible on the screen...we don't want to overload Reddit's servers.
Known bugs: it's possible that more comments won't be loaded if there are no events within a one second time frame. If it doesn't load more comments, try scrolling a little bit (this forces a scrolling event to occur, which triggers it to click the link if it's visible).
