Attempts to bypass the ad popup window on RapidLeech-based sites

This script places a button on the page bypassing the ad popup window asking you to click an advertisement and then wait for 20 seconds on many RapidLeech. This is a conversion of the original with no added features but modified not to needlessly use jQuery (breaks some sites that are already using it and doesn't help my browser's memory usage regardless, considering it's being injected into every website).
