Add more direct links to the editions pages of works, which can be useful for combining/separating activities

This script should mostly be useful for Combiners. Instead of having to go first to the work page and then to the editions page, this script sprinkles direct links to editions pages throughout LibraryThing:

  • author pages (list of works)
  • series pages
  • tagmash pages (and limited functionality on "titles view" of tag pages)
  • "potentials" section of editions pages
  • combine/separate pages (both author and work)
  • author splitting page
  • list pages
  • catalog pages
  • common knowledge history/log pages
  • helper log
  • "book award" pages
  • "events" pages
  • "places" pages
