Supported jobs and what this script does on them:

Vessel Turk

• Defaults all radio buttons to "no"
• Calculates the math answer for you
• Adds keyboard listeners for
  • Enter: submit

MixerBox

• Defaults selection to "Other"
• Hides the instructions (can be toggled with the Show/Hide link)
• Adds keyboard listeners for
  • Numrow 1 or Numpad 1 or End: select "inappropriate"
  • Numrow 2 or Numpad 2 or down arrow: select "human faces"
  • Numrow 3 or Numpad 3 or PgDn: select "other"
  • Enter: submit
