Adds highlighting ability to WME Road Selector, thus requires WME Road Selector to function.

Coming soon: The ability to save highlights long-term and setting them to load up automatically in WME. Presently, it will save highlights separately for each browser tab. You can navigate away from the page or refresh the page without fear of losing your highlight settings.
