DH2 Fixed

Liked my other script from DH1? Well here is a very early version of my response to DH2.

Feature List (may not be complete)

• Detects spamming in chat and hides spam messages
• Adds clickable links in chat
• Fixes wobbling elements in wood cutting tab when hovering over one cutting area
• Hides furnace, oil storage and oven recipes if they aren't better than the current level
• Hides recipes of maxed machines
• Adds information for some bound items (like the furnace and oil storage)
• Adds smelting timer and changes other timers to look like the ones in DHQoL for DH1
