Gather which subreddits you are subscribed to
Make your way to your subreddits on your old account after you install the script. Let the page load, and it will then tell you that you are good to go. Log into your new account from reddit's home page. The script will then take over, subscribing you to all your old subreddits! When the script stops, it has done it's job. Uninstall the script and reddit to your heart's content!
