This script is necessary only if you disable the inline playback in YouTube's options.
It displays real screenshots (aka "storyboard") when you hover video thumbnails.

  1. Hover a video thumbnail at its bottom part and wait half a second
  2. Now move the mouse horizontally

Some videos don't have storyboards.
This is how YouTube serves them.
