Hover a thumbnail on youtube.com and click an icon at the right: "Not interested" and "Don't recommend channel"

Shows the following buttons when a thumbnail is hovered so you can click them directly without navigating the menu:
- Not interested
- Don't recommend channel
- Remove from "Watch later"
- Remove from the player's "Queue"
The buttons are pulled from the actual menu for the video so the amount of buttons shown will vary, some videos will have none.
