Disabling CSS animations is problematic

so I decided to create new userscript without support for them.

Original script which overrides animations in CSS is here https://greasyfork.org.cn/scripts/19654-animalquery

you may see page jumps when (auto)scrolling. This is (I think) side effect of jQuery animation jumping to the end immediately.
