Fixed broken loading screen image.

Now the script is able to add the finished date when a user sets a publishing manga as complete.

Code improvements. Now the script also works and add dates when anime was just added to list.

Improved match rules. Now the script also works when the anime/manga link is opened from the history page.

Now if the number of added eps is 1 and if the entry has more than 1 eps when the + symbol is clicked (to add an watched episode) the script will auto set the anime as watching and will auto add the start dates.

Now the script makes sure that the dates were really added or removed before displaying them.

Script downgraded to v2.0.0.11, since MAL removed recaptcha of the website (at least on the pages that the script works on, so the script started working again.).

Now the script won't work. (Temporarily till I fix it (if possible at all))

Fixed bug 2 bugs:
1 That wasn't showing the loading image on greasemonkey Firefox).
2 That was making the script not always add the dates.

Fixed bug that when reset all dates was clicked the script wasn't setting the start/finish dates if reading/watching or completed were selected.

Fixed 5 bugs:
1 When the page wasn't scrolled down the script wasn't adding the dates.
2 If the anime was scored before being set as watching/completed the script didn't set the score
3 If the anime had the seen eps increased before being set as watching/completed the script didn't set the seen eps
4-5 If the manga had the seen volumes/chapters increased before being set as reading/completed the script didn't set the seen volumes/chapters

Now the script shows the start / finish dates of the anime/manga only if/when the mouse is moved anywhere on the entry page, this fixes the bugs mentioned above.
