Enable user scripts to highlight forwarded e-mails

This library is used by Tampermonkey user scripts via @require, enabling them to highlight inline forwarded e-mails (lines prepended by ">", ">>" etc.) with different background colours per quoation level. The library expects consuming user scripts to also @require mark.js and jQuery.
