Fixed the debug comment
Updated to fix the script since Mangadex made special groups like Bilibili Comics (the ones with special icons) have different querySelectors to normal groups in my code. Also added a debug comment to tell you what got hidden if you'd like to see.
I added a count for how many chapters were loaded instead of 100 because I was thinking on how to improve it. Sorry if it erases any groups you put already or if you don't get this update. It will still work but this is cleaner.
Added info on how to add pair groups and additional info.Accidently didn't know you had to upgrade version name when IU first tried to push this out so 1.0=1.1
