This script enable keyboard based navigation, and auto-skip most cookie walls

All shortcuts are enabled hitting Control+Alt+...
- Space or |\: select a link to the current page, or the one closer to the middle of the page
- H/L/J/K: jump to next link on the left/right/down/up (Vim style). Then hit enter to click on it normally.
- O/P or [/]: in forums, goes to the previous/next page
- Del: in GMail, permanently delete previously deleted emails
- Enter: in GMail in an email from a forum, click on a link like "click this link"
- C: skip most simple cookie forms
- U: unfreeze the page scrolling
- /: search text input
- S: enable YouTube captions/subtitles translated in English
