ignores tags which were snoozed by the "UW Tag Snooze Buttons" script, to avoid alerting you of overdue tags that you already decided you can't action yet

better code structure to stop automatically at Errors and avoid overloading the host with requests when previous ones haven't completed yet.
no longer needs localStorage - uses sessionStorage instead to at least remember what was "old" across a page refresh.
now automatically only checks visible fandoms, i.e. works with filtering scripts without any config change.
