Quickly mention/tag users in the shoutbox and the forums.

Part of this script was inspired by TorrentBD - Easy mentioning in Shoutbox, made by author webdevz.sk. This script offers the same functionality via a different approach. Hence, you can only use one of these scripts at a time.
Introduction
Click on the timestamp of a message in shoutbox to reply to the user. Only works if the message is from a user.
NEW: Click the new '@' button on a forum post to tag that user in your next post or an existing post.
Installation / Usage
- Install the matching Violentmonkey extension for any browser.
- Install TBD: Quick Mention for TorrentBD from GreasyFork.
- Click on the timestamp of a user message in the shoutbox to respond to them.
- Click on the '@' button on a user post in the forums to tag them in your next post, or when you edit the taglist of an existing post.
