compulsively tweaking blobToImageLog() for no good reason.

Don't lose the plot when we can't decode an image sent in a Response.

Updating the sandbox to match MiddleMan API changes. and then tweaking what gets logged some more
(ie query strings get decoded, request and response logs are always consecutive, decoding operations are better tracked, plus a few cosmetic things.)

This was a beautiful, small, simple script demonstrating how middleman work and whether it works for you.

Now it's an abomination that tries way too hard to decode fetch/XHR payloads it observes.

On the plus side, it can reveal things you'd never see in your dev tools network tab, so there's that.
