If you have an Android and you're using the app "HTTP File Server" from the Play Store, then you'll find that the photo viewing feature is quite limited. This is useful if you always want to keep the thumbnails at a certain zoom level. It also lets you choose to load in preview quality or original quality. The more photos you have and the higher level of zoom, the slower it is to load. So you can switch between the preview and original quality mode.
