this not only blocks the advertisements on all the webpages but also doesn't let the website detect that there is an ad blocker running, so no more "please remove us from the ad blocker" requests from any website

I have updated the script. The earlier one was more aggressive, thanks to the user who made me aware of this, and now it takes OpenSourced directory of advertisements and blocks elements from those links
