Shortcuts for multiple WME functions
Ability change shortcuts for some WME functions that I find useful.
Default shortcuts:
ALT+1 Create 'Other' point
ALT+0 Create 'Other' polygon
ALT+2 Lock with level 2 and transform point to polygon
ALT+3 Open WME PIE polygon geometry settings
ALT+4 Highlight areas, that are less than 500m²
