說明:
*按向上鍵或向下鍵時始終聚焦視訊播放器，因此頁面不會滾動而僅控制音量。
(文字輸入區除外)
*第一次按鍵聚焦，第二次按鍵才會改變音量

PS.本腳本為修正原本在文字輸入區也會啟用，造成無法正常輸入的BUG，排除代碼引用另一腳本
