This Tampermonkey script creates a table of contents (TOC) for Claude chat threads, making navigation significantly easier. When engaging in long discussions, it can become confusing to track where specific information was shared or to find previous messages for comparison. This script solves these navigation problems by generating a TOC that allows you to quickly jump to any part of the conversation. After experiencing these frustrations for over a year, I developed this solution and hope it helps others who face similar challenges.
