This userscript will remove the numbers of notifications, semi-advanced CSS tweaks along with forcing all videos to use the h.264 codec rather than VP9/AV1.

The userscript version of this will disable most of config flags (including ambient mode and animations), disable the number of notifications to prevent annoyances, forcing h.264 videos to reduce CPU usage when watching videos in 60fps, along with CSS tweaks to make the topbar opaque and others added to it.
