Native Notepad for c.ai

A lightweight userscript that adds a minimal, autosaving notepad to Character.AI's right side panel, just below the character name/PFP. Designed to feel like it's part of the site.

Features

  • Per-Character Notes: Unique notepad for each character, tied to their URL ID, persistent across sessions.
  • Autosave: Notes save automatically after a short delay.
  • Seamless Integration: Matches Character.AI's UI (see above screenshot).

Notes

  • Works only on Character.AI chat pages.
  • Notes are stored to localstorage. If you delete certain browser data or change browsers, you may lose your notes. Export/Import and more features are planned for potential updates.
