YT system emoji

Replaces notoemoji in youtube with your system's default emoji.
Requires browser that supports modern emojis.
I don't care what you do with this as long as its not malicious, but you should respect the license of MutationSummary, the library I'm using.

I tried to get this to work for Google Chat too, but failed.
