Previously, if a browser restart occurred during a Godzamok combo, the bot might accidentally save temporary settings (like disabled mutation) as permanent ones. This corrupted your config.
**v9.1.3** introduces awareness. The AI now knows when it is safe to stop, and when it must keep going.

**🛡️ Safe Restart Protocol - *Critical Safety***
* **No Interruptions**: The system now checks if it is "Busy" before attempting any internal restarts.
* **Busy State**: If Godzamok is active or a rare Buff is present, the restart is **Postponed** until a safe state is reached. This prevents config corruption.

**🚦 External Signals (AHK) - *Integration***
* **Window Title Flags**: The browser title now broadcasts the system status for external tools (like AutoHotKey):
* **`[⛔BUSY]`**: Do not restart/close.
* **`[✅SAFE]`**: Safe to operate.

* **Memory Fix**: Fixed a bug where manual changes to Mutation settings during Godzamok cooldowns were forgotten.
