Amazon sort be highest review + no best sellers + most (best) reviews

Hi. I rewrote a script that was older and didn't work well anymore (for amazon sorting by not just highest review by by amount of reviews). How do I upload it? Nothing amazing but it works well for me. Uses Wilson lower-bound.
