If this is related to some existing script you're using like KoC or similar, then the post should be in the feedback section of that script page here on GreasyFork, use search. Otherwise your script creation request doesn't make any sense to me.

Auto Assign case owner in SalesFoce
I'm looking for a way to either automatically grab new cases from the queue or when I open a new case from the queue and the status is set to a specific reason and the case owner field is blank then my name will automatically get filled in and the case will be saved.
