It would be great to have a script to offer a dropdown button
to insert emoji inside, "Compose a new Tweet" (i.e. inside the popup), when replying to a tweet (i.e. inline), and when sending a DM.
What I have in mind is functionality similar to that of the great script 'Github Comment Enhancer' by jerone:
