Script stopped working completely. Even in isolation it no longer adds the lightning mode feature, and the icon is missing as well.

This script hasn't been supported for a few years (2018), because Lightning Mode is now built into the Double Check script. I had to combine them to get them to work together.

You can disable any of the features in Double Check that you don't want to use, so you can use it solely for Lightning Mode.
