Pupop window on WME refresh

Whenever reloading WME (which is presently frequently necessary as WME messes up in HN mode), WME Validator is the only plugin showing a non-modal popup regarding licenses stopping WME and all other plugins from loading. Nobody reads this, it's just annoying. Could this popup get removed?
