Regarding Delay Option and X-Y position customization
1. The delay option as it implemented now is almost useless because it is without filtration: it is not enough to popup the tooltip with given delay. The user that accidentally caught the icon gets the popup tooltip anyway (the fact of delay doesn't play role). The popup should happen only if the cursor is still over the icon, otherwise what is the sense of delay?
2. The user should be able to customize the icon position relatively the highlighted text: there are other addons/scripts etc. that also issue their icons in case of highlighting and sometimes these icons interfere one with other.
