Jumps to random UR's

The script works great for the most part but I run into an issue often, I will work on one UR and when I hit save it jumps me usually well beyond the next UR often times to other states without me hitting the "Next Report" button.

This doesn't happen every time but does happen often enough to be a headache.

I've had this issue as well. Worse though, URs aren’t displaying at all for me. Well, they display for a split second after a refresh. Otherwise, this is a very helpful script, so I’m toggling it off and on as necessary.
