Charcter or word limit in blocklist?

I was just wondering if there was a character or word limit to the blocklist?

I should specify that, on two different occasions, Hit Scraper stopped working because of the amount of names/titles I had blocked. I noticed that if I removed about 6-7 names, the hit scraper page would appear again. I checked the opening and closing brackets and they were fine. Hopefully I can get some information about this and see if there is anyway to extend the list.
