Which browser (Vivaldi?) and userscript manager?
Additional questions:
1) When did problem start? Just today/yesterday, or earlier? If it has just started today or yesterday, you might fix the issue by manually edit the @require line near the top of script: Replace the version parameter of the url with "version=228216".
2) Do you clean web storage when browser is closed? Maybe use a "private browsing mode"? Or do you know if Vivaldi maybe don't support web storage (local storage)?
3) Does the script remember your choices, if you change something in the settings dialog?

Could you add an option to stop the popup at every connection on Facebook please. It's annoying.
