Sets up keyboard shortcuts for placing bookmarks and navigation inside webpage.
I pressed alt+0 on a webpage and "0 none" pops up in the upper right. is that a way to ask if any Y-markers have been set on that page?
"0 none" means that bookmark #0 doesn't exist
