While the original implementation seemed to work from the feedback I have gotten, it is certainly very possible Youtube broke it. I don't have premium myself so it is difficult for me to develop and test for premium bitrate. I will get someone to help me test premium when I get the chance and try to resolve any issues. I have YT premium, and the latest version of your script didn't select the Enhanced Bitrate option. I'm now using the other script you've mentioned.
Does the latest version have 1080p Enhanced Bitrate Premium?
