Rollover for user info and follow button.
This works great, I just made a few minor tweaks to suit my own preferences:
1. Changed font to a Sans Serif one (I used Segoe UI)
2. Changed popup background colour to match side panel #fafafa
3. Horizontally centred text on follow / unfollow button
4. Toned down harsh bright red of unfollow button #e62626'
