Works but not always + it needs a change in the @match lines

Thanks for this userscript.
It works alright, you just have to edit these two @match lines:
from
// @match http://kickass.to/*.html
// @match https://kickass.to/*.html
into
// @match http://kickass.to/*.html#comment
// @match https://kickass.to/*.html#comment

The script doesn't work when you switch to the .html#comment tab.
You must load straight the .html#comment page
or press reload if you have switched tabs (from eg .html#main), for it to work.
I've renamed the initial post accordingly.

Also, this script causes another glitch in https://kickass.to/*.html#comment pages:
it makes the formatting toolbar in the comment box disappear.
