Works great on Tampermonkey in Chrome
If you have a slow computer like me and hate loading twitter links in a new tab just to read a shitty tweet and it takes your computer 2 minutes to load content that takes 2 seconds to read, then rejoice. This userscript lets you read the content of the tweet in a mouseover tooltip when you put your mouse over a link leading to a tweet. I tested this on Tampermonkey 4.5 on Chrome 66 on 2018-05-18 successfully. I intend to install it on my main computers as well because its just that useful.
