Meant to also mention: tab doesn't even show up in the scripts sidebar anymore either.

Got a fix: must go into TamperMonkey settings and show "advanced" configuration. Then scroll down to security settings and ensure that "Modify existing content security policy (CSP) headers" is set to yes; click 'Save' and reload.
