No luck with this on Edge Beta Android. Any clue what prevents it from working on Edge specifically?

Seems to work on Edge if you "Add to phone" the site you are using and switch away from it using the app switching function. Home button seems to stop playback sometimes. Tested on YouTube Music.

Also, you can use the media controls from the pulldown shade, if needed.
