Dragon Pit: Steel Chains

Hey I am trying to unlock the steel chains upgrade for the dragon pit. It costs me 10 gold and every time I try to open this upgrade I get the stupid greasy wheel rotating and nothing happens. I have to refresh in order to continue the game. What is wrong and how do I fix this or you fix it?

Hey mate,

try to turn off the extender and then purchase the upgrade. Does it charges you gold every time you try? If it doesn't work even then - it's not my problem. Submit a ticket to the game developers, they should refund your gold (if spent) and fix it.
