I'm going to implement that function at version 2.0 but only blocking users who have retweeted with no comment, considering that commented users may just be against the original tweet and arguing with the author.

Hi, is there a similar script to block all twitter users who clicked retweet to a tweet e.g. retweets with comments & without comments?
