Does the chat stop flowing when viewing a live stream or only when viewing an archive?
同じ現象が起きています。ライブおよびアーカイブを表示している際、スクリプトを有効にしているとコメント自体がまったく表示されなくなります。
Hi - I had this issue and I (just) tracked it down to every single comment being caught by the 'banned user' trap - the thing that processes the chat window is returning every user as "undefined" so if you block any user then the user "undefined" becomes blocked which, again, is every user.
Quick user resolution is to clear your ban list by whatever means, not sure what would need to be done for a proper fix
Encountered this on Vivaldi 3.5.2115.87 (user agent reports Chrome/87.0.4280.142)

チャット自体が止まってしまい、コメントが流れません。削除したら正常に動きました。何度やり直しても変わらないので、おそらくバグではないでしょうか？
