现在YouTube Comment Translation Button已经适配了Tabview Youtube的简介翻译。
但是有一个问题：
同时开启两个脚本时，会产生额外的翻译请求，出现浪费。
产生的原因如下：
当开启Tabview Youtube时，
#description #formatted-snippet-text元素在页面中看不到，但没有标记hidden属性来表示其已经被隐藏， 因此YouTube Comment Translation Button依然会去翻译内容，这就造成了浪费。所以，当两个脚本同时开启时，希望将
#description #plain-snippet-text和#description #formatted-snippet-text都添加上hidden属性。
