I've published a new version to remove the "glowing" background. Also removed the background on the buttons until hovered.
I'll also fix the buttons to be more like the non-rounded ones, but that will wait until I can get to it.
While it fixes the description and title, it doesn't fix the new rounded buttons that have been put over the like/dislike, share, clip etc. buttons. Is there anyway I can disable these new buttons because they're really distracting when watching in the normal view as they have this really bright light grey colour to them. Please respond if you can do something about it or there is another extension/script I can add that gets rid of the new buttons, thanks.
