Hi, sorry for the very late response. Unfortunately, I believe this is a change cmoa.jp made where they sometimes send lower quality images to the browser. My script downloads images from the browser, so I do not know of a way to fix this. However, an alternative is the HakuNeko software https://hakuneko.download/
I believe HakuNeko downloads the scrambled image from cmoa.jp's image servers and then descrambles it, ensuring a high quality image. I have not tried it myself, but I recommend giving it a try.
