I ran into same issue, and solved it by commenting lines 393 and 394, but commenting these lines also break the Short redirection functionality. So yeah until the scrolling freeze thing is patched. Simply comment out these two lines or just disable the script entirely
Bro this guy still hasnt made a fix, its been 3 weeks.
This script new update will make the YouTube video page cause the web page to freeze and cannot scroll.
