It seems some Discord code changed that is used for scrolling. You can edit the script. Look for "managedReactiveScroller-1lEEh3" (line 277) and replace it with "managedReactiveScroller-1LjJZ5". Save the script and reload Discord. Scrolling should work again.

I fixed the script, update it to the latest version and it will work.
